phtala.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
